Absolute Beachfront Villa = NZ$ 395
Beach View Villa = NZ$ 350
Lagoon View Villa = NZ$ 350
A complimentary fruit platter is provided in your villa upon check-in
Prices are for 1 or 2 people sharing the Super King bed to 31 December 2026
Additional person 13 years of age and over at time of check-in are charged at $75 per night
Additional child 3 to 12 years of age at time of check-in are charged at $50 per night
Children Under 3 years of age stay for free if sharing parents bed. A portacot can be provided free of charge for infants.
An additional booking fee of $30 per person per stay is added to your quotation which includes return airport transfers with flower lei and introductory local area tour and to ensure the smooth check-in to your villa when you arrive in Aitutaki.

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include Cook Islands Government Tax @ 15%
We do not offer dynamic pricing or discounting - rates are fixed for all visitors
We do not offer our villas to Booking.com / TripAdvisor / Air BnB etc and whilst some of these global booking sites misleadingly showcase Aitutaki Beach Villas, the availability status will show as "not available" or something similar and another property will be offered instead. Please contact Ian Osborn, the authorised reservations manager for Aitutaki Beach Villas, via our booking enquiry form for a quote and availability status or any questions you want to ask about the villas.
The minimum stay is 3 consecutive nights in a villa. For those wanting to stay just 2 nights, you can use the 3rd night for late check-out or early check-in.
Villas can sleep a maximum of 4 adults; or 2 adults and 3 children under 12 years (two single beds in the mezzanine loft and one child sleeping on the sofa bed). An infant could also be added in a cot. A roll-away bed can also be added for a 4th child on special request, although this does limit floor space in the villa.
