Rates
Our Beachfront Villas costs NZ$250 per night or NZ$1500 per week (pay 6 nights only) for a maximum of 3 people which includes Government Tax. Our Garden Villas costs NZ$180 per night or NZ$1080 per week (pay 6 nights only) for a maximum of 3 people which includes Government Tax. All utilty bills are included in the price (local telephone calls only). There is a minimun stay of 3-nights. Includes complimentary airport transfers Check-in: 12 noon Check-out: 10 am Early check-in / late check-out by negotiation As we have just one villa at present, advance bookings are essential to avoid disappointment. Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard, with a 30% deposit required to secure your reservation and the balance due 2-months before arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival receive a 60% refund from total rental. Cancellations within 30-days will not receive any refund. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance if you are concerned about cancellation fees. |
